Grapes are carefully selected, destemmed and left to macerate and ferment at a controlled temperature for approximately 12 days. They are subsequently softly pressed. Refining in steel and barriques.

Rubby red garnet edge
The fragrance recalls red berry fruit on vegetable deep end , gently accompanied by light spicy and mineral notes
Warm, tannic and saltiness in very good balance
Red sauces, roasts, seasoned cheeses, game, lamb ribs
