CANTINA dei FRAGNI is not just wine.
The olive trees, “coratina” variety, majestic plants which characterize the Apulian landscapes, cover an area of 7 hectares in the farm, the total number of olive trees is about 2500.
The cultivation of the “Ferrovia” cherry trees occupies about 7 hectares, including those trees cultivated in contrada Marchione in that four-sided area including Turi, Castellana Grotte and Conversano where both climatic conditions and soils allow the production of a top quality product.
In the end, 15 hectares are dedicated to the cultivation of wheat and fodder.
